What you bought is a block of time, not real concrete building. You can't invite your potential buyer to see it if it is not your week, you cant modify it if your wife doesn't like lets say a hook or (god, no!) room arrangement.

Beside your yearly maintenance  (which is usually fixed) fee you should be prepared for some "special resorts arrangements" as well. Those fees are bond to repairing and maintaining the resorts surroundings and any kind of installations (plant, plumbing,...)
